Principal Accountabilities
·Monitors change proposals and updates PID, SOP, interlock and alarm list etc process documents ·Analyses yields & efficiencies and initiate corrective/proactive actions/Projects ·Co-ordinates with R&D department and implements/lead related project assigned to him· Contribute to the Operational excellence strategy and targets of the taixing plant within the frame of excellence in HSE.·Make technological & economical evaluations for ideas, technological improvements and projects.·Initiate new studies, projects in the field of process optimization, process innovation, process technology and engineering.·Be project manager in technology projects and investment projects assigned to him.·Take part in the process safety management under the direct of PQC manager· Keep contact with technology suppliers, engineering contractors, equipment suppliers etc. and support purchasing with quality inspections of new equipment.·Ensure all his activities are according local and AN QHSE regulations.·Responsible for personal targets setting and performance PD&D
Qualifications: ·Master in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or comparable relevant education ·Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese are a must·Should be self-starter, result oriented, quality committed, and proactive.
