Responsibility:
- Manage WPF PCB/PCBA related manufacturing capacity in supplier side
- Insure PCBA (ICT&FCT) equipment maintained well in supplier site
- Provide ICT/FCT expert support to Schneider WPF supplier, if need; or coordinate related resource to solve the problem
- Manage Functional test and ICT equipment development in supplier side
- Work with NPI dept to define ICT/FCT test strategy, specification and qualification plan
- Participate to select / validate the appropriate sub/contractor for equipment making (with NPI/Purchasing)
- Follow the schedule of the equipment making, set-up, and receipt in Manufacturer plant
- Qualify test equipment with NPI dept together and SQE team, and transfer the responsibility of the equipment to Manufacturer
- Provide ICT/FCT support to transfer and localization product.
- Maintain WPF production line, if need
Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree of Electronics Engineering, Industrial Automation or related field required
- At least 5 years relevant professional experience in electronics industry ==》 (Note: in the area of new product or equipment development, new product introduction in production, has sense of project management of new product)
- Must be familiar with Labview, teststand and NI instrument.
- Be familiar with PLC and automation is a plus, basic knowledge is necessary.
- Good at ICT/FCT, experience in PCBA manufacture
- Knowledge in PCB/PCBA test equipment
- Knowledge in functional test development
- Good level of English, in speaking and writing
- Good communication and coordination skill (team spirit ==》 working in a context of multi-skills team and organization: Manufacturing / Purchasing / Quality / Supplier)
