KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1、In line with product strategy & objectives and assigned cycle or annual goals, primary role is to develop tactics adapted to own district/ territory and translate them into a specific action plan which include customers/KDM portfolio management as well as optimization of resource allocation (reps & budget)
该职位的主要任务是:根据公司的产品策略和目标及指定的周期或年度目标,开发适用于本地区或区域的策略,并将其转化为具体的工作方案,包括客户和重要决策人的资料管理,优化资源配置(代表及预算)
2、 Secondary role is to drive his/her reps team to achieve or exceed cycle or annual sales targets through implementation of the district action plan, in line with allocated resource, promotion guidelines and company policy.
第二项任务:是根据所分配的资源以及公司的推广方针和公司政策,实施地区工作计划,推动他(她)的销售队伍完成或超越周期或年度销售目标。
3、 Third role is to contribute to sales goals achievement and identifying new business opportunities, ensuring action plan update, bring corrective actions if needed.
第三项任务:为实现销售目标做贡献,发现新的商业机遇,随时更新工作计划,在需要的情况下对工作进行调整。
JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
1、 College degree or above in medicine or related field
医学或相关行业大学本科或以上学历。
2、Good record in profession.
良好的从业记录。
3、 At least 1 year experience in a similar position preferably in joint venture pharmaceutical industry.
同等职位至少一年以上的工作经验,合资制药行业最佳。
4、 Good computer skill for Excel, Word and PowerPoint. English reading is a must.
熟练使用Excel, Word及PowerPoint,必须具备英语阅读能力
5、 Good competence in Customer Service, Plan & Organization, Motivation & Develop Others.
良好的客户服务、规划和管理能力,善于激励和促进团队成员发展。
