Position Summary
Conduct the gear machining manufacturing engineering flies weave and improve, fixture design and improvement, work hour capability audit and improvement to improve the quality, reduce the manufacture cost, enhance the labor efficiency by plan and procedure.
Responsibility
1. Project management and corresponding.
2. Establish the PFMEA in authorized errorarea, weave the gear machining manufacturing engineering files, semi- manufactured product chart to ensure to supply the correct, executive manufacturing engineering files.
3. Propose the gear machining fixture requirement and participate the fixture design program establishment.
4. Supply the suggestion to new manufacturing engineering application and implementation
5. Conduct the work hour research, manufacture capability analysis and improvement to improve the labor efficiency.
6. Set and maintenance the product BOM, feedback the ERP inerrorformation and dear with relevant issues in authorized errorarea.
7. Develop the future production line manufacture capability layout by company development strategy.
8. Supply the process technic instruction, conduct the warp application and work accident analysis, feedback and solve the manufacture problem in preerrorscriptive time.
9. Cooperated with other function to conduct the equipment investment, check and accept and BOM establishment.
Education/Experience
1.Minimum of 5 years experience of related function
2. Bachelor's degree in engineering.
3.Possess the gear machining technic
4.Languages - English is essential
