Main responsibilities:
Take charge of daily operation management of JV including production, logistic, purchasing, quality and Administration, etc
Participate in strategy establishment and implementation
Establish an effective and systematic management system
Closely cooperate with management board, provide timely market information and trend as well as conducting regular report on production process
Focus on people management including building, leading and managing a systematic and professional team as well as coaching key person at middle management level to meet international standards
Build smooth and effective communication and act as interface between headquarters and Chinese partners
Drive growth through delivering international operational standards so as to meet clients’ requirements and win their approval
Working experiences
Many years experience in operation management
Chemical engineering background with strong production experience
International company background with knowledge of international company’s internal process
Strategic thinking, with demonstrated leadership competence and team building skill
An excellent team leader who can influence all areas of the business and lead and mentor their team to deliver operational excellence
