职责:
(1)Receive orders from customer, perform contract review function in accordance with ISO procedure and arrange the shipping schedule as per customer’s requirements.
(2)Input accepted orders into planning system, process the necessary data, converting customer order into specific production & purchase information.
(3)Keep track on the progress of order accomplishment, keep consistent contact with customer to ensure customer satisfaction index is continuously improved..
(4)Visit customer regularly to enhance communication.
(5)Write and update ISO procedure as required.
(6)Prepare sales report in terms of sales forecast, budget and actual sales.
(7)Prepare information for daily operation meeting and provide sales analysis to management team, highlighting key issues and propose problem-solving scheme for the decision-making of management team.
(8)Prepare weekly and monthly OTD metrics.
(9)Deal with customer complaints, return material & other suggestions.
(10)Periodically distribute questionnaire to customer to get their opinions.
(11)Provide support to sales function.
(12)Provide the overall direction, coordination, guidance, and evaluation of the customer service functions of the site.
(13)Oversee and ensure the effective implementation of MRP system.
(14)Be knowledgeable of and ensure support of site product lines, business goals and strategic plan.
(15)Provide necessary training and mentoring to subordinates to ensure customer service function at site is well managed .
要求:
(1)BS or BA degree is preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
(2)Minimum three years of related experience.
(3)Fluent oral and written English & good communication skills.
(4)Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from engineers, managers and customers.
(5)Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and other similar documentation..
(6)Proficiency with Microsoft office software.
