1. Responsible for the operation and management of WTP,WWTP, maintenance department, network department and analytical laboratory.
2. Related with other departments within the company and customers; environmental protection administration, water authority and others regulatory bodies in China.
3. Daily management (WTP, WWTP, Networks, maintenance and Lab)
4. Report performance to GM/DGM, also responsible for managing work with every subordinate department;
5. Organize and implement targets in production, techniques and finance; ensure safety in production; promote the implementation of various regulations within the company;
6. Make medium and long term plan for production and maintenance
7. Organize and implement technical renovation, work out and fulfill measurement for efficiency increase and cost reduction in production operation;
8. Communicate with local governments, regulatory bodies and customers on technical/operation issued.
9. Strengthen the internal coordination and cooperation among the departments
10. Define annual budget and control expense for the whole year in accordance with budget expense procedure
11. Physical safety of staff and visitors in the operation facilities.
12. Maintain hygiene on environment and facilities within the department to keep the good profile of the company;
13. Supervise all facilities maintenance in order to keep all facilities in operation status on the long term basis
14. Responsible for writing and checking of related quality managing procedures for the department, and also the implementation and fulfillment of related documents about quality management;
15. Involved in meeting with new/potential customers (in cooperation with the business development dpt and/or GM)
16. Review major projects linked with operations (in cooperation with the project dpt and/or GM)
17. Be a civilized staff to maintain the good profile of the company.
18. Fulfill other missions assigned by upper level.

Qualifications
1. Water and wastewater treatment techniques, automatic controlling, mechanics, electronics, bio-chemistry, internet and relevant ISO. Knowledge background in law, economical management, finance (including budget management), statistics, document managing, psychology.
