Job Title: Branch Manager of Xuzhou Logistics Company
Location: Xuzhou
Report to: General Manager, Logistics Business (Based in Shanghai)
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the operation of the Xuzhou Branch
Responsible for the operation management including Transport operation (Vehicle fleet), warehouse management, inventory management, sales management and physical logistic centre
Responsible for the P&L of the Xuzhou branch operation
Administrative roles include security, safety, health, environmental and emergency management & control
Ensure that the entire operation &business meets the Xuzhou government's law, rules & regulation
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Minimum a degree in Logistic Management, Engineering or Finance with a MBA will be preferred
Professional Certification in Transportation or Logistic will be an advantage
Minimum of 10 years in the sales, trucking / fleet & warehouse operation management and has attained a senior manager position
Other requirement:
Good knowledge of logistic business, solution, international exposure
Good knowledge of transport law & regulations, labor law, taxation and costing/financial management, and excellent people management
Good custom oriented mind-set, good team work, business ethics and high level of integrity/honesty
